Swadha Foundation
Organisation purpose / activities
Students from all strata have a right to education and opportunities. In India, these are robbed for millions for no reason of theirs. You would be surprised to note that 98% of girls & 95% of boys in rural India don’t go upto graduation. Only 2.3% of Indian youngsters receive any form of formal training for employment. Compare it to South Korea where 96% get trained. Now imagine the magnitude of this problem if this problem affects 330 million rural youth in India which also forms 28% of world youth population. (Swadha’s aim is to create an atmosphere to provide such access by running a focussed, result based initiative to ensure we create rural champions. These are not champions or sport but education & skilling . Those which take families out of poverty. We take one bright student in a family and use their grit & determination to take families out of poverty.
