Move, notice, and discover what the body already knows.

This movement-based workshop invites participants to become more aware of how they move, feel, and respond in everyday life. Through slow, intentional observation and curiosity, the session decentres performance, bringing exploration into focus instead. Understanding Body is an evolving practice that participants actively co-create. We do not simply carry the body: we experience it, learn from it, and communicate through it.

Please Note:
The session is open to experienced practitioners and novices alike.
The session has limited seats; RSVP required, with spots confirmed via email.

Venue: Gallery
