The Rolling Ruanas
The Rolling Ruanas is a Colombian band from Bogota who became famous after the Rolling Stones themselves reposted their cover of Paint in Black, which originally was just a university project. They are known for their fresh, jazzy and unique sound which is a mix of the traditional instruments and modern contemporary music.
Today, they have found their own sound and style with 4 studio albums and have played in many places in Colombia, Latin America and recently the United States. They are part of the catalogue of Cultural Promotion Plan of Colombia due their ability to show the Andean regional culture and tradition, which is a fusion between the traditional, modern and youthful.
