Playwright

Hartman de Souza, theatre veteran, has a unique approach to life, to put it mildly. The man of colourful metaphors and strong opinions sells sculpted poles to fund his theatre activities. His fierce opinions are founded on the bedrock of experience: decades of it, in theatre, education
and also journalism. He handled the ‘Time for Jazz’ programme on All India Radio, has been associated with several theatre groups in the country and was, till September 2015, the artistic director of the Space Theatre Ensemble, Goa. He is also the author of Eat Dust — Mining
and Greed in Goa (Harper Collins).

Sahej Aziz

Actor

Sahej Aziz has learnt and worked under the fire-brand theatre artiste of Delhi, Shilpi Marwah, performing over three hundred street plays and fifty stage productions. For the last two years, he has been working with independent filmmakers in Chandigarh and Punjab, writing, acting, producing and assisting on films, also creating several unique stage productions in and around Chandigarh.

Shivam Sardana

Shivam Sardana is a passionate theatre artist, always looking to enrich himself through the arts and vice-versa. Having worked as an advertising content writer, a voice over artist, a bar waiter, and a theatre teacher to school and college students, he now balances his passion with a corporate job in Bangalore. The highlight of his journey so far is having performed umpteen shows of Athol Fugard’s The Island under Hartman’s direction; and now traveling with Soldiers’ Silence.

Mohit Sharma

Mohit Sharma is a gold medalist from IIIT, Hyderabad and has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in computer science and engineering, culminating in a Ph.D. from IISc, Bangalore. Outside the academic arena, he passionately engages in theatre, serving as a dedicated performer and writer for numerous stage and street plays. Venturing into the digital realm, Mohit shares his insights and creativity as a YouTuber, offering reflections on his academic journey and the diverse fields he actively contributes to.
