The truth he conveys in just four lines shows us eternal light.

D V Gundappa is one of the most unforgettable Kannada authors. This evening, his poetic masterpiece Mankuthimmana Kagga is explored through music and discussion.

Mankuthimmana Kagga distills the core essence of the Vedas, Vedanta, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, Darshana and Dharmashastras. With every listening, more layers unfold. Of all Gundappa’s works, this piece stands apart.
