Slytrix is a neo-fusion duo featuring Sylvester Pradeep (Slyfly) and Santosh Jayaram (Ragatrix). Sylvester is a Bangalore-based guitarist and vocalist known for his work with Sylvester’s Trio and Sly Fly and the Blues Company, with roots in the blues yet expansive and inventive in style. Santosh plays raga-based music on the electric Veena, blending Carnatic tradition with Western harmony and blues influences.
Together, they build original music that moves past conventional fusion into something harder to place.

Sylvester Pradeep
Sylvester Pradeep, is an accomplished guitarist from Bangalore. He has been the lead guitarist and vocalist for multiple bands like The Sylvesters Trio, Sly Fly and the Blues Company and has been a performing musician for over twenty years. A true bluesman, Sylvester incorporates a wide range of innovative styles and techniques in his playing that go well beyond the blues.
Santosh Jayaram
Santosh Jayaram is a veena player and vocalist and has been learning music since the age of five. While his primary influence is carnatic music, Santosh performs raga-based music on the electric veena, blending in western and blues influences. His unique style also includes harmony and chord changes, expanding the traditional boundaries of the instrument.
