Any musical piece has the power to teleport us to a certain moment or phase from our lifetimes. From being ecstatic to being in despair, from being confused to being determined, these musical pieces have the ability to take us through all those moments and phases from our lives instantly.
Through this concert, each person in the audience revisits the countless emotions they once experienced in their lifetimes through the life story of the fictional character named ‘Rachanachar’. The epic journey that this hero went through in his lifetime, and all the challenges he faced and conquered, will be revisited through all original instrumental compositions.
Each instrumental composition takes us through a certain point in the hero’s life journey and his mindset during that phase. The inter-reflective storyline lets us step inside the shoes of Rachanachar, making us the hero of this eternal musical tale.

Rachanachar
Rachanachar is a solo instrumental and storytelling act led by Pranjal Uniyal from Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Pranjal narrates the life of a character he created, named Rachanachar, through original instrumental compositions played on a single acoustic guitar. His mission is to spread this eternal musical tale and its message of “Seek Within” everywhere, showcasing the might of a single acoustic guitar and the endless possibilities it holds.
Pranjal’s musical journey began in his teens when his father would play evergreen Bollywood songs at home, with Lata Mangeshkar’s playlists reigning supreme. In his late teens, he discovered heavy metal music, and later, progressive death metal captivated him. He spent countless hours playing loud riffs on the electric guitar. At the age of 26, after being diagnosed with tuberculosis (TB) and nearly dying, Pranjal switched to the acoustic guitar. Enchanting tunes started coming to him as if by the universe itself. He healed completely and began to see these magical tunes as if they were narrating a story—an epic story that every person could see as their own life’s story. Pranjal named this hero Rachanachar, who embarks on an epic journey to discover who he truly is and what he finds along the way.
