Leading with Calm
Leadership through Self-Discovery, Spirituality and Purpose
Speakers
On the night of 26/11, Sanjiv Sarin was a guest at the Taj Mahal Hotel.
Already a practitioner and teacher of The Art of Living, the events of that night brought everything he had learned into sharp relief. Alongside a forty-year corporate career across Cadbury and Tata Coffee, where he retired as CEO and MD, a different approach to leadership was taking root.
The Other Side of the Mountain is the account of his journey. Full of wisdom, humour, and self-realisation, it is a book for anyone trying to make sense of the modern competitive world and their place in it.
Introduced by Bhaskar Bhat, Sanjiv Sarin will be in conversation with writer and corporate leader Harish Bhat. The session will open to the audience for questions.
