Led by acclaimed folk artist Shilpa Mudbi and featuring artists from Kalaburagi, this performance pays tribute to the symbiotic relationship between herders, wool, and the land.

Shilpa Mudbi is a singer, performer, theatre artist and documentary filmmaker, dedicated to preserving and reviving Karnataka’s diverse folk-art traditions. She will be performing with the ‘Kalburgi Kala Mandali’ a group of young folk voices from north Karnataka.
