How can we connect with ourselves if we are always connected to our devices?
The comfort with silence is becoming a lost art. In this workshop, you will experience 3 mindfulness practices that will be performed in complete silence by you. Guided by our facilitators, you will explore the creative realm through colours and patterns, a restorative body practice with gentle, reflective poses and the non-sleep deep rest practice of Yoga Nidra. A reflection and sharing circle will complete the practice.
- This experience is recommended for anyone over the age of 16. No prior practice of Yoga is necessary.
- We request you to carry a personal mat and a shawl/sheet to cover yourself as the body temperature tends to drop during the practice.
- Any attire that you will be comfortable to sit on the floor on, is welcome (active/fitness wear is not necessary).
