After reading Harini Nagendra’s ‘Nature in the City’, the filmmaker learned a great deal about Bangalore and its history, despite living in the city for almost 23 years. As she thought about this, she realised that most of us do not have an understanding of how the places we live in have changed over the years, and how this affects us and our surroundings. The film captures a small part of our city’s long history.
