With a vision of a world where every child is a Leader – a role model, positive contributor and global citizen, Enabling Leadership’s programs equip children attending under-resourced schools, with the key Leadership skills by using the mediums of music, building blocks, and football, to become productive adults capable of taking care of themselves and the world around them.

Our programs have been running successfully for over 8 years now and employ the following strategies to deliver on the outcomes and impact:
– Work with students over a sustained 6-year period from age 9-16, considered to be the most impressionable age.
– Use a proprietary curriculum developed using well-researched and proven strategies and mediums to achieve outcomes as per our Leadership Skills Framework
– Utilize an Experiential Learning pedagogy so students can synthesize and transfer their learning from the program to their relevant spheres of life.

– 10,000+ children across 6 cities and 21 villages through our Leadership programs.
– Our students are consistently showing higher levels of Leadership skills as measured by our assessment rubric.
– Gender Impact: With girls and boys learning, leading and practising side by side in our programs, breaking gender stereotypes has been a big impact. A positive impact is also seen on parents of girl students, many of whom see the importance of letting their daughters continue their education and see the value of leadership programs like ours for their daughters.
– Employment and capacity building of 250+ young local men and women and alumni of our program
