Ishanya follows a strength-based model that fosters agency, workplace competencies and skills in people with ND, thus making them independent, empowered along with opening up more opportunities for the community.

Our focus is on enabling sustainable livelihood opportunities for PwDs. As part of this, we are working towards:

– Mobilising Persons with Neurodiversity (PwND) and caregivers.
– Providing relevant skills training – independent living & livelihood
– Creating a pipeline of candidates who can join workforce in the future.
– Making organizations/companies more inclusive.

Currently assessment is done in house every year. The conversion for our flagship program SPRUHA is tracked on the basis of conversion of training to internship/ employment/ sheltered job etc.
Each student’s progress is tracked half yearly in personalized report format.
