Foundation for Excellence (FFE) was founded in 1994 with a mission to provide college scholarships to students who, although financially constrained, show great promise in the Technological, Engineering, Medical and Pharmaceutical fields, which are some of the most expensive higher education programs in India. FFE also provides skills training (soft skills and technical skills) combined with an involved mentoring program that has resulted in 90%+ employment of Engineering scholars.

Impact is having more than 90% of scholars being employed immediately after graduation. Creation of transformation change in the lives of scholars to be able to financially take care of themselves and their family.
