Whose permission are you waiting for?
This conversation reflects on entrepreneurship, reinvention, and the courage to challenge convention. Spanning four decades, three very different journeys, and two continents, the session explores how one woman built a technology company in the United States while navigating ambition, family, and personal change.
The session is also, in part, a homecoming: a story that began with leaving India more than fifty years ago, now returning to be told in Bangalore, the heart of the country’s technology world. It makes the case for being a little edgy, for refusing to wait for anyone’s permission to break from convention.
