Chathurdasa Ragamalika: Reimagined

Ranjani Radha began her training under Smt. Vasanti Gopal, continued under the late Sri O.S. Thiagarajan, and has been learning under Sri Vignesh Ishwar for over eight years. Fourteen years of rigorous training have shaped a voice marked by shruti precision, gamaka clarity, and a deep fidelity to classical pathantara.

Twenty years old and already seventy-five kutcheris in, Niveditha trained under Sri Akkarai S. Swamynathan and Kalaimamani Vidushi Akkarai Sornalatha. She has performed across Narada Gana Sabha, Indian Fine Arts Society, and the Margazhi season, to name a few. She holds a CCRT Scholarship in Carnatic music.

Charulatha began learning the veena at age six under her grandmother and guru, Sangita Kala Acharya Dr. R.S. Jayalakshmi. Over 600 performances and a string of awards from the Music Academy, including Best Instrumentalist and Best Individual Performer, mark a career of quiet, consistent distinction. She has collaborated with Vid. T.M. Krishna, Vid. Bombay Jayashri, Vid. L. Subramaniam, and other senior musicians.

Prajwal Bharadwaj began learning mridangam at seven and trains under Anoor Vinod Shyam, Vidwan N.G. Shashibhushan, and Ananta R. Krishnan. He has performed at Sringeri Sharada Peetham, Narada Gana Sabha, and Chowdiah Memorial Hall, and participated in percussion ensembles directed by the legendary Umayalpuram K. Sivaraman. He is a recipient of the Yuva Kala Ratna award at Gayana Samaja and the Sharadha Yuva Puraskara from Sringeri.

Shamith trains under Vid. Giridhar Udupa and has received the CCRT Young Artist Scholarship from the Ministry of Culture and the Yuva Kala Ratna award from Bangalore Gayana Samaja. He has performed alongside eminent musicians at prestigious sabhas across India.
