Start the new year by gathering around the table to celebrate the flavours that connect us. Food is more than nourishment; it’s a gateway to stories, traditions, and shared moments that shape our lives. This session invites families and individuals to reflect on the memories etched into their favourite dishes, explore the cultural and emotional significance of their dining tables, and celebrate the stories that make meals memorable.

Through playful activities and heartfelt storytelling, this session creates a space where participants of all ages can connect, laugh, and leave with a deeper appreciation for their shared culinary heritage. With reflections on the ingredients that make their family table unique, participants will take home a symbolic Recipe for Connection, reminding them of the bonds that nourish their lives long after the last bite.
