Interweave is a professional diversity consulting organization that introduces corporate India to opportunities of diversity. It creates a space and value for D&l discussions through its deep knowledge and experience of the subject in the context of the Indian landscape.
From helping organizations take their first steps in the D&l journey in India, Interweave has continued to partner with them to build higher order solutions to enable inclusive organizations.

Samragni Dasgupta
Samragni Dasgupta (she/they) is a queer performance artist, writer, teacher and researcher with a deep passion for using the arts as a catalyst for social change. With a diverse background in theatre, feminist and queer studies, and public policy, they are driven by a commitment to fostering a more just and equitable society.
Trained under the guidance of Kirtana Kumar, director of the Little Jasmine Theatre Group, TheatreLab Youth, and Infinite Souls Artists Retreat, Samragni’ s journey in the world of theatre began at an early age and has continued to evolve ever since.
In 2023, they were featured in the top 13 upcoming theatre artists of Bangalore in The New Indian Express, and received the International Cultural Projects Grant from the City of Munich.
They are the co-founders of Last Page Collective, a youth collective that has provided a platform for upcoming artists since 2019, and Ovrwrkd & Ovrkll, a performance-based art group in 2023.
Since 2023 they have been teaching theatre to children at Jagriti Theatre, Bangalore.
In 2024, they joined Interweave Consulting as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consultant, specialised in theatre based interventions.
Ayaan Rao
Ayaan is a versatile and multi-skilled professional who actively champions Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI=B) initiatives. His deep and extensive network within the PRIDE community has not only enhanced his understanding of the community’s real-life challenges but has also empowered him to bring these issues to the forefront in the workplace. He partners with others to deploy impactful solutions.
As an Associate Consultant at Interweave, Ayaan is part of the core team focusing on DEI projects. He works on diagnostic projects, DEI surveys and analyses across various industries and organizations, including recent projects for 7-Eleven GSC, Hyperpure by Zomato, and Omidyar Network India. Ayaan has also collaborated and facilitated workshops on LGBTQIA+ inclusion and gender understanding for companies such as Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Finastra, Corteva, L’oreal, Pfizer, AXA Go Business Operations, Rotary District DEI and BIAL. In addition, Ayaan has contributed to multiple DEI knowledge content guides and learning modules. He has also hosted and moderated mental health awareness sessions, art and cultural events, and Interweave’s Inclusion Now Conference 2024.
Outside of his professional commitments, Ayaan is a passionate photographer and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science with a specialization in photography.
