The Venture Capital industry is still predominantly a Men’s club with over four fifths of international firms not having a women partner. The situation in India is no different. This is gradually changing with women having to find their way to a place at the ‘high’ table.

Our panel discussion with 3 high performers will provide their perspectives on what it takes to be a Pro Investor based on their own unique journeys covering:

  • How the landscape for professional women investors has changed over the past two decades
  • The challenges they had to overcome to be taken seriously
  • How does gender texture the working environment and ecosystem
  • Initiatives in building a sisterhood of professional women investors
  • Guidance for crafting career pathways in the venture ecosystem.
