We invited a top notch technology lawyer, leading data privacy advocate and high powered on-line business executive to dig into the issues of data privacy in the Indian context. Does the privacy mean the same thing to everyone, or in the digital world idea of privacy seizes to exist altogether? Is the danger overblown or underestimated? Where does Indian government and private sector stand in protecting individual data? What are the global best practices and trends and what needs to be done to create a secure digital future.
