Impact assessment

NCF works spans the length and breadth of India’s habitats and landscapes, protecting vulnerable species and ecosystems. The scope of our work pervades national, regional, local scales with several teams working out of 2 main offices in north and south of Bangalore; more about the impact of these programmes – High Altitude, Eastern Himalaya and Education and Public Engagement (Early Bird, Seasonwatch, Nature Classrooms, Bird Count India, LTEO, Nature Comms. – The Flock, among others).

Our work impacts all stakeholders from rural communities to urban birdwatchers, organizations and institutions across the country, Bangalore and Mysore (headoffice) form an integral base.

Extent of focus in Bengaluru

Our programmes are located across India in different geographical regions where they rigorously work on ground. NCF’s Education and Public Engagement programme is based out of Bangalore but has a nation-wide focus in terms of its outreach and engagement. NCF’s teams engage with segments across demographics (urban, semi-urban, rural segments) in and around Bangalore.
