To achieve this, we follow DRS model which can be described as below:
Discover (D): Industry Exposure and Career Guidance for Grades 8 and 9 through weekly sessions
Reinforce (R) : Industry Visits and Educational Fairs
Support (S): Mentor Connect and Career Planning Sessions for grade 10

The impact assessment takes place on an ongoing basis through a tech platform called the commons platform where number of students enrolled, number of classes taken, modules covered and interest expressed by the students is tracked.
