SUMMARY:Going Solo
DESCRIPTION:71 min | Hindi and English with subtitles | 2026 | India\, UK \nTwo Indian women take up cycling\, one to accompany her son and the other to lose weight\, and find something larger on the road. Going Solo follows them from short neighbourhood rides to the London-Edinburgh-London challenge: 1\,500 kilometres in six days\, a feat no Indian woman had completed. Facing the weather\, the terrain\, and their own doubts\, they pedal on through day and night to reclaim a part of themselves. \nA portrait of endurance\, resilience\, and grit\, the film premiered at the Mumbai International Film Festival 2026 and received a Special Jury Mention in the long documentary section at the International Documentary and Short Film Festival of Kerala 2026. Its message is simple: sport is about the spirit\, and success or failure is only incidental. \nCredits:\nDirected by: Ameya Gore\nProduced by: Khan & Kumar Media Pvt.
