SUMMARY:Fire Drawing Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Have you ever played with fire? \nIn this hands-on workshop participants learn a technique the artist has spent five years developing: burning or “fuming” wood with matches\, candles\, and pyrography tools to create textured\, tonal\, almost painterly images. The process allows partial control over the outcome\, producing fine relief-like details and layered effects akin to glazing with flame. \nFire is at the heart of creation\, alongside wood and the artist’s own hands\, in a slow\, attentive dialogue between intention and element. Participants will experiment directly with flame and wood\, exploring a completely new material language while reconnecting with something older: attentiveness to matter\, to process\, and to the natural world. \nPlease Note: Limited to 50 seats.
