DESCRIPTION:The 16th edition of BISFF returns as India’s only Oscar®-accredited short film festival. Recognised by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences as an official qualifying festival for short films\, BISFF 2026 presents a line-up of films from across the globe\, showcasing stories from established and emerging filmmakers.
