Bengaluru Darshini is a BMTC bus that takes its passengers on a tour of the city, highlighting the heritage of Bangalore. The film offers beautiful shots of Bangalore, incorporating ariel and panoramic views of the city. We embark on this tour, which begins at 9 am from Majestic and covers places such as Iskon Temple, IISc, Sankey Tank, Vidhana Soudha and Basavanagudi. After a break for lunch, the tour continues on to Visvesvaraya Museum, Venkatappa Art Gallery and Cubbon Park to name a few places, coming to a close at 6 pm at Majestic. In this short, the filmmaker interviews the driver and tour guide of one of these buses, K. Dhanpal, for the passion he exhibits towards sharing the history of the city and speaking with the passengers onboard.
